Wheat momos Recipe😍
Take wheat flour, add salt and 1/2 spoon oil and make the semi tight dough. Keep it covered for 1/2 hr.
Vegetables:Take chopped cabbage, onion, carrot, beans and some panner, green chilli, spring onion, ginger and garlic.
Now heat 1 spoon of oil add chopped ginger, garlic saute and green chillies for a minute now add chopped 1 onion for a minute. Now add all the vegetables. And saute for 2 minutes and now add salt, 1 spoon of soya sauce, black pepper powder, 1 spoon of chilli sauce and chilli flakes. Make it spicy as per your taste. Saute for 2 minutes. Now turn off the flame and add 1 spoon vinegar and add some finally chopped spring onion green.
Keep it aside for complete cooling.
Now take a small ball of dough and make a thin puri size sheet. Put 1-1/2 spoon of filling in it and cover it like dumplings. Make all the momos.
Take some water in momos container/ idli container and heat some water
heat some water for steaming.
Now put all the momos once the container is hot and brush oil on momos for shining and steam on medim-high flame for 25-30 mins and done🙃
This one is quite better version of momos though please remember to have this in moderation if you are on weight loss journey. Have it for snack 3-4 pieces and make sure you follow healthy diet plan to lose weight as no single food will help you to lose weight🤗
