When I’m in the gym I am in my element and feel my most authentic self. There’s something about lifting heavy and breaking the mould of a stereotypical girl that feels so badass to me.
Gals, don’t be afraid to active your inner beast mode or fear getting ‘bulky’. Some of us (me lol) are actually out here trying to get DENSE and let me tell you it’s really not that easy so you need to work hard and give it 110% everytime you step foot in the gym if you want to make ANY sort of changes.
Your mind will quit way before your body will and what most people lack is having the guts to continue and just go through that pain. The last few reps is what makes the body grow so learn to love the grind and become a bad b - look good & train frickin hard 👊🏽 #GameFaceOnLimitsOff

“My name is Jessica Florence and I am 27 years old. I was first diagnosed with stage 3A breast cancer in 2016 and I was HER2+ .. I have no family history of breast cancer so this was all new to me. I discovered the lump through a self check and when i went to get it checked out .. they kept telling me it was just fibroids and i was too young to have breast cancer. In 2019 I started having these headaches and they were so bad to the point where I was vomiting, I couldn’t focus. I went to urgent care and the emergency room on multiple occasions and was diagnosed with tension headaches until one day I had another attack! I went to the ER and this particular doctor told me I had two tumors on my brain and had to get emergency surgery. As of April first of this year I was diagnosed with stage 4 advanced metastatic breast cancer.”⠀
Client spotlight ✨ I have so many words. Mateya is an absolute inspiration. She’s lost 16 lbs and has 4 more to go!
Three months working together and this her result, but she’s not done. Her fire can’t be put out now.
We had her build strength/coordination, endurance, some circuit work and cardio. We really focused on her nutrition as well which is what made the program work so well for her.
I’m so proud because she shows up for no one else but herself.
Her determination is unmatched 🔥. We have such a great time building our relationship, building confidence, and competency with her exercises/movements.
Being able to work with her is blessing.
