I'm basically I'm from's handmaiden at this point.
I use their honey, ginseng, and mugwort masks on a weekly basis, but was never too interested in their rice mask until I heard @odilemonod rave about it. Since it has pieces of rice in it, I wrote it off as something that would set off my sometimes reactive skin.
There's a very specific way this should be used. You need to apply it after cleansing while your face is still pretty damp. Scoop out a small amount and apply it to your chin, cheeks and forehead, then gently massage it in starting from the bottom and work your way up. You shouldn't be pressing at all. Just use your fingers to guide the mask over your skin. The rice pieces are suspended in so many rich and emollient ingredients, so it glides easily. After rinsing it of just sweep on a hydrating toner with a cotton pad to make sure all at the rice powder is gone.
I really expected this to leave my face a little red and sensitive, but this worked better for me then I could have imagined. It softens, buffs, brightens and moisturizes instantly.
