3 Biggest Mistakes Tradesmen Make That Destroy Their Health Goals

1️⃣Training hard while eating unhealthy majority of the time
If you focus on training only, you're missing the point. I can label so many reasons why this doesn't work, but I'll keep this post short and name a few
* Nutrition will directly impact the way you look
* Nutrition will directly impact the way you feel
Yes training helps and is responsible for many benefits, however if you're eating like a pig, the training won't outweigh a bad diet.
2️⃣Not prioritising sleep
This is a huge one. I know many of you may say "I feel fine off 5 hours sleep…" or even less than 5.
HOWEVER, there's many reasons why this doesn’t work.
* When you train, you don't get stronger from lifting weights. You get stronger RECOVERING from lifting weights. So if you lack sleep quality & duration, training is almost a waste of time.
3️⃣Thinking that they can't change.
If you think there's absolutely no way to start training or improve your diet, even around your busy schedule, then again you're missing out on a big opportunity to grow & change for the better.
There is ways that you can elevate your health, and feel better throughout the day.
To have more energy for work & for your family/kids after work.
