levain bakery inspired double chocolate chip cookies😱 (added pb cups) **recipe creds to the amazing @chens_plate wow and enough said. #dEats 2 cups almond flour 1/2 cup coconut sugar 2 eggs 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/2 cup cacao powder @shopkarenberrios 1 tsp baking soda pinch sea salt 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips 7 dark chocolate pb cups Combine dry ingredients then wet. Mix thoroughly and add in chocolate chips. Roll into huge balls and place on a parchment lined baked sheet (made 7). Add a pb cup on top of each one and flatten slightly. How it goes : 27th oct - any pink drink (soup/juice/mocktail) 28th oct - any healthy pink dish that you can think of 29th oct - pink desserts So Think Pink and Support the initiative ! My contribution: Poached Pear with Hibiscus Tea, Rose Tea and Frozen Raspberry Juice. This is as simple as a dessert can get. 🍐 Peel the pears a core them from the bottom 🍐 In a saucepan, mix some raspberry juice (I simply used the juice of my frozen berries) with honey. Add a splash of water to dilute it if it’s thick. 🍐Add a stick of cinnamon, a star anise, a couple of pinches of ginger powder and a couple of slices of lime. You can use pink lemonade alternatively, but I didn’t use since I wanted to make this healthy and avoid sugar. 🍐Add the peeled and cored pears and let them simmer in the sauce for about 15-20 minutes, depending on how ripe the fruits are. The less ripe ones will take more time. 🍐Serve it at the end of any meal of the day. It’s simple, flavorful, healthy, super easy and pretty much will pair with most meals. STUFFED LASGNA SPAGHETTI SQUASH// I am so glad it is FINALLY cold enough to enjoy a big bowl of spaghetti squash 🍝 as it is one of my favorite fall vegetables. If you haven’t tried spaghetti squash yet, I highly recommend giving it a try! It may look scary but, it is so easy to prepare and is highly versatile Spaghetti squash is low in carbohydrates and packed with fiber, which makes it a great substitution for traditional pasta. You can eat it as is (once cooked), pair it with various proteins, or use an array of spices to create a new dish, every time✨ Being Italian, I love a warm bowl of saucy pasta but sometimes I want a lighter option that doesn’t sacrifice flavor or decadence so, I created stuffed lasagna spaghetti squash boats! This recipe yields 6-8 servings (depending on the spaghetti squash size) which is plenty for Paul and I. I often freeze the leftovers in individual containers to make an easy grab-n-go lunch! Halloween Treats 🎃 Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies 🍪 A 5-minute, easy recipe to satisfy the sweet tooth 🤩 Ingredients 3/4 cup coconut flour 2 cups smooth peanut butter 1/2 cup sticky sweetener of choice can substitute for agave, honey or traditional maple syrup 2-3 cups keto chocolate chips can use any chocolate chips of choice Instructions Line a large baking tray or platter with parchment paper and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, add your coconut flour, peanut butter and syrup and mix very well, until fully combined. Using your hands, form small balls and place on the lined plate or tray. Press each ball into a flat cookie shape, using a fork to cross either side. Freezer until firm. Once cookies are firm, melt your chocolate chips. Using two forks, dip each cookie in the melted chocolate until completely combined. Repeat process until all cookies are covered. Nothing I wanted more on this chilly evening than this swiss cheese, chicken and stuffing casserole. 🙌🏼 5 ingredients, 30 minutes, and it’s practically a pre-thanksgiving dish. 🤤 • • Cut two boneless chicken breasts into 1 inch pieces, and place on the bottom of a greased casserole dish. Cover with a can of cream of chicken soup. Layer swiss cheese slices on top of soup and chicken mixture. Spoon stuffing over top of cheese (I used StoveTop). This kuri squash y'all! 😱 Made risotto w/kuri puree & portabella mushrooms, chopped scallion, dash nutmeg, balsamic, and local shredded asiago cheese - BOMB! Seeded, halved, and roasted the squash night before on 400 for about an hour. Unlike a pie pumpkin, the skin gets so soft you can puree it w/the mixture and not lose those nutrients! Coconut Curry Halibut 🥥🌶 🐟 Ingredients: 4 shallots, chopped 4 garlic cloves, chopped 1 tbsp ginger, minced 2 1/2 tsp red curry paste 1 red bell pepper, sliced long 1 Serrano pepper, sliced round 1 1/2 cups chicken broth 1 cup coconut milk 3 dashes fish sauce (optional) 1/2 cup chopped cilantro 2 scallions, thinly sliced Juice from one lime 2 lbs halibut or protein/veggie of choice Salt and pepper to taste Sauté garlic and shallots until fragrant. Add in ginger. Add in bell and Serrano peppers and cook until soft. Add in curry paste and stir until fragrant. Add in chicken broth, coconut milk and fish sauce - simmer for about 5 mins. Salt and pepper fish and add to sauce for about 7 mins. Once fish is cooked plate with sides of choice (I chose garlic spinach and brown rice). Complete the remaining sauce by adding the lime juice, scallions and cilantro. This is a simple but so flavorful ramen dish with a seasoned egg. Cook the egg for exactly seven minutes and dunk it in the ice to stop cooking right away. I make about 8 seasoned eggs at a time and keep them in the fridge for about 5 days. I got my love of cooking from my mom and this is one of her recipe I use all the time especially when I don't have much time cooking and have my eggs in the fridge. My mom sends me pounds of Korean pepper powder from her garden every year and this is one of those dish with Korean peppers. 2 tbsp Korean pepper 2 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 cloves of garlic (paste) 2 tbsp yuzu syrup 1 tsp roasted sesame 4 top ramen boiled and rinsed in cold water. Seasoned eggs 8 eggs boiled for 7mins 1/2 cup soy sauce 1 tbsp bonito powder 1/2 cup mirin 1/2 cup water 1 inch ginger sliced thinly For ramen noodles- In a small bowel, mix sesame oil and Korean pepper then microwave for 40 sec. High Take it out then add garlic paste and yuzu syrup. Add the concoction to rinsed ramen in a bowel. Add scallion and sesame seed before serving. For seasoned eggs - boil water then boil eggs for exactly seven minutes. Have a bowel of ice ready to cool. In a small pot, add all the seasoning Ingredients and boil for about a min. Cool completely. Add peeled eggs to the mason jar. Pour the stock over to cover all eggs. Keep it in the fridge for 3 days. You can keep eggs for up to six days. Halloween Series 🎃 Pumpkin Shaped Cheeseball 🌟 made with creamy, delicious, ranch-style filling covered in cheese! https://www.thecountrycook.net/pumpkin-shaped-cheese-ball Ingredients 1 8 oz block cream cheese (softened to room temperature) 1 8 oz tub vegetable cream cheese 2 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch Spicy Ranch mix 3 green onions sliced 1 red pepper finely diced (save the stem) 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese divided use Instructions Using an electric or stand mixer, combine both cream cheeses. Then stir in 2 tablespoons of Hidden Valley Ranch Spicy Ranch mix, green onion, red pepper and one cup shredded cheddar cheese. Spread out a large sheet of Glad ClingWrap. Sprinkle about a 1/4 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese onto the plastic wrap. When ready, cut off the rubber bands and carefully remove the cling wrap. Then add on the red pepper stem to the top. Just gently push it in there. 5-MINUTE COZY HOT CHOCOLATE ☁️ Perfect for Halloween festivities this weekend! 🎃 RECIPE👇 Serves: 2 Ingredients: - 2 cups milk of choice - 2 tablespoons cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons sugar or maple syrup - 1/4 cup dark chocolate, chopped - 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract - small pinch salt - marshmallows, to garnish - cinnamon stick, to garnish Directions: 1) In a medium saucepan whisk together the milk, cocoa powder, and sugar/maple syrup. Warm in the stovetop over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes or until warmed through. 2) Add in the dark chocolate and continue to whisk until its melted and blended in, about 1-2 minutes. 3) Remove from heat. Whisk in the vanilla extract and salt. 4) Transfer the hot chocolate to your favorite mug and top with marshmallows and a cinnamon stick. Since then, I’ve been heads down at producing the fudgiest brownies with brown butter. Chicken Tortilla Soup! one of my favorite fall soups for the #instantpot 🧡 Sauté half an onion + garlic for 5 min. Cancel sauté and add the following: 2 cans fire roasted tomatoes 1 can kernel corn drained 1 can black beans drained + rinsed 1 can green chilis 1 box chicken broth Salt, pepper, cumin + chili powder 3 chicken breasts Close lid, set to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 12 minutes. This MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE is just for you. 😍🎉Believe me, it's every bit as good as it looks and tastes EVEN better the second day. https://tastesbetterfromscratch.com/mississippi-mud-cake/ Ingredients 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar 1/2 cup light brown sugar , packed 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda 3/4 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup oil , canola or vegetable 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 6 Tablespoons milk 1/3 cup sour cream 1 cup boiling water For topping: 10.5 ounce package mini marshmallows 1/2 cup butter 6 Tablespoons milk 3 heaping Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 1 teaspoon vanilla 3 cups powdered sugar Instructions Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13'' baking pan. Combine flour, sugars, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add oil, eggs, vanilla, milk and sour cream and mix. Reduce speed and carefully pour in the boiling water. Beat on high speed for 1 minute. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 28-33 minutes. Remove cake from oven and sprinkle marshmallows all over the top. Return to oven for 2-3 minutes or until the marshmallows are just slightly puffed and melted. Allow cake to cool completely before drizzling frosting on top. For the frosting: Melt butter over medium-high heat. Add milk and cocoa powder and whisk well. Cook for about 2-3 more minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and powdered sugar. Use an electric mixer to make the frosting smooth. Drizzle warm frosting immediately over cake. Refrigerate cake for about 30 minutes or until frosting has set. Para cuando se te antoje algo dulce, nutritivo & muy chocolatoso 🍫👌 ~Bombones de Dátiles *🖤 . . Estos son de esos que se te derriten en la boquita, de los que siempre quieres más & más 🤤 ✔Nutritivos ✔Saludables ✔Veganos ✔Sin azúcares añadidos ✔Sin gluten Súper adictivos 🔥 . . Para darme mi antojito utilicé: 🍫 20 gr. chocolate 56% cacao sin azúcar 🍫 35 gr. dátiles sin carozo (apróx 7 unidades) 🍫 8 gr. de almendras enteras (tantas unidades como dátiles tengas) 🍫 14 gr. de mante de maní 🥜 🍫 Pizca de sal gruesa (o la que tengas) Entonces empecé: Abrimos cuidadosamente los dátiles y les colocamos las almendras enteras, luego incorporamos la mante de maní, despúes cerramos los dátiles y hacemos un poco de presión para que quede bien sellado. Yo lo dejé unos 15 minutos en el refrigerador ❄. Mientras tanto, derretí el chocolate en baño maría, una vez listo incoporé los dátiles hasta cubrirlos completamente, despúes salpiqué la sal. Finalmente, los regresé al refrigerador por 10 minutos apróx ❄, los retiré .. conté 1 2 3 & desaparecieron ‼, estabán ya en mi barriguita 🤤🖤 . . Amo los bombones de dátiles con muuucha mantequilla de maní, definitivamente de mis favoritos👌 *Estos son una frutita desecada, fuente de mucho hierro, magnesio, potasio, calcio, fósforo, vitamina E y fibra soluble, que ayudan a la recuperación de los músculos, aseguran el funcionamiento del sistema nervioso, refuerzan huesos y dientes, ayudan a proteger las membranas celulares de la oxidación y es un remedio natural para el estreñimiento. Test Kitchen B first time making Caramel Egg pudding! ( btw the two of us share recipes but make then in our own kitchen) Difficulty level : 2.5/5 relatively easy ingredients and equipments, but its such a easy dessert to mess up in terms of smoothness. 7.5/10 success level. i didnt get the perfect smoothness 😅 but hey it tastes great!

Chicken Fried Rice #Recipe I wok up craving fried rice and just had to make it happen! This tasty dish was put together with what I had in my kitchen, you can easily use the vegetables and protein that you have on hand! Such a rice and simple meal! :::::::::::: Chicken Fried Rice - Ingredients: 1 tablespoon butter 2 eggs, lightly beaten 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 carrot, diced 1 cup diced onion 1 cup diced celery 4 cloves garlic, minced Salt and pepper 3 cups cooked rice, leftover or chilled 1 1/2 cups cooked, shredded chicken 3–4 tablespoons soy sauce 1 teaspoon sesame oil Instructions: Heat butter in wok (or large sauté pan) over med-high heat Add egg, cook and scramble Move egg to a plate and set aside Add 1 tablespoon oil to wok Add carrots, onion, celery and garlic Season with salt and pepper Sauté for a few minutes, until onion and carrots are soft Push vegetables to the side and add 1 tablespoon of oil Add the rice, chicken and soy sauce Stir and toss to combine Continue cooking for a few minutes to fry the rice Remove from heat, add the eggs and toss to combine Stir in sesame oil and season to taste Enjoy! . . . #rice #friedrice #friedricerecipe #chickenfriedrice #whatscooking #inmykitchen #frommykitchen #recipes #easyrecipes #simplerecipes #recipeoftheday #feedfeed #contentcreator #ChewOnThis

Super easy 15 min stir fry! This is the recipe for the noodles I made for dinner last night, and it’s perfect for using any leftover or frozen veggies. • 2 portions of rice noodles • 1 small onion (about 1/2 of a regular sized onion) • 1 small eggplant • 1/2 bell pepper • 1 cup of bean sprouts • 2 cups of broccoli • 2 large handfuls of spinach • @officialfarmboy stir fry sauce • 1 egg with Japanese chili seasoning (see the last pic) • Chili garlic sauce and green onion to top I added the onion, eggplant, pepper, and broccoli to the pan and cooked them for about 5 minutes until softened. I then added the bean sprouts and spinach, and once the spinach wilted I added the stir fry sauce and the noodles. I also cooked an egg and sprinkled the Japanese chili seasoning on top. I then plated it all up with some more bean sprouts, chilli garlic sauce, and green onion on top! Julia

4 Ingredient Cookies Think banana, toasted coconut and melty chocolate cookies, made with the simplest of ingredients. Hope you give them a try! ➕In a food processor add 1 ripe banana + 1c unsweetened shredded coconut + 3TB almond meal. Blend until everything is incorporated and there are no large chunks of banana. Add another tablespoon of almond meal if the batter is very sticky (this will depend on the size of your banana). Stir in about 1/3c mini chocolate chips (we used dairy-free). Use a spoon to dollop the batter onto a lined cookie sheet. Gently press each cookie down until it’s flattened a bit. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until the coconut is getting golden.
