Lavender-infused lemon poppyseed donuts!! 🍋The perfect picnic treat! If you have never had the flavor combination of lemon and lavender, you need to try it asap! It is so refreshing and bright and feels a little fancy, like you can imagine yourself in lavender fields in the South of France! I infused coconut milk with lavender to add a twist to lemon poppyseed donuts, and I love the result. I brought these donuts on a picnic (with my new M1 buddy/mentee who also loved baking and cooking!) and they were a perfect complement to a beautiful summer day! I have tried baking with lavender before, and have learned that there is a fine balance between using enough lavender so that the taste comes through, but not using too much so that your baked goods invoke soap haha! 🥣CEREALES DE CHOCOLATE🥣 si, caseros, integrales, y sin la pila de azúcar que tienen los comerciales! 🙊 En muchas ocasiones en consulta surge el: Qué cereal de desayuno me conviene? Copos de maíz azucarados? aritos de miel? aritos "frutales" ? choco krispis? 🤔 Y yo la verdad, te diría que si sos de comer cereales ninguno de esos es una buena opción para que incluyas diariamente 😬 cargados de azúcar y harina refinada, digamos que son una golosina más 😅 por eso acá les traigo una versión casera y saludable de las famosas bolitas de chocolate 😋 acá la receta y en stories el paso a paso 😉 🥣Ingredientes🔻harina integral ¾ taza🔻1 cda de miel🔻2 cdas de pasta de maní🔻2 cdas de cacao amargo en polvo🔻una cda de polvo de hornear🔻6 cdas de agua o leche,🔻un huevo🔻vainilla una cdita. 🥣Procedimiento🔻batir ligeramente el huevo, agregar vainilla, pasta de maní y miel e integrar bien todo🔻Agregar los secos: harina integral, cacao amargo, y polvo de hornear, se forma una masa algo pegajosa pero manipulable🔻Armá bolitas (chiquitas, y tené en cuenta que crecen en el horno, asique distanciadas)🔻y disponelas en una fuente asadera para horno previamente aceitada (con esta cantidad usé dos pizzeras redondas para todos los cereales)🔻Cocina en horno medio durante unos 8-10 minutos aproximadamente, cuando las hagas rodar y veas dorada la parte de abajo ya están listos. . Incline Dumbbell Curl 💪🏽 Here’s something a little different than the classic standing or seated dumbbell curls you can try and add to your workout! For me this exercise targets a little more the forearms than the classic bicep curls. Like every bicep exercise, focus on not swinging the weights and feeling the contraction at the end of your rep. #Biceps

Hack Squat 🦵🏼 (Currently doing 4 x 8-10 at 320 Lbs) If you want to put more emphasis on your quads, the hack squat is maybe a better option than back squat. It doesn’t replace back squats but can be a good exercise to add to your routine. It helps to develop the lower area of the thigh and is a good movement for working the lower range of the pressing motion. #LegDay #HackSquat

One of my favorite way to train calves is on the Smith machine. When doing your reps focus on squeezing at the end of the rep and holding it for about 1-2 seconds. I like to do: 4 x 8-10, 4 x 20 and 4 x 8-10 (on one leg) - - - #gym #fitness #calves
