“I don’t have time to...” 👇🏼
I used to be the queen of saying this! I remember being in school full time as a student athlete working 4 days a week. Juggling everything was a STRUGGLE. 🥵
I had to be coached and reminded constantly that I could do it.
When I was a full time manager there were so many times where I found myself working over time, eating out, and making excuses so I could skip the gym. There was a period of time where I wasn’t staying consistent with my fitness goals because I kept telling myself I “didn’t have enough time.” I found myself more stressed, not where I wanted my body to be, more tired, and even more frustrated with myself.
Is this normal life? Absolutely! But one thing you can work on is practice saying you CAN. You CAN make time. Plan out your day and make your goals a priority.
This part of your day is dedicated to YOU! 💪🏼
I always think of working out as ME time. There’s no better feeling than when you can step away from stress, complications, worry, anxiety- plug in your headphones and work on YOU!
This is your time to shine! ☀️
So let me ask you this. Is your health important to you both mentally and physically?
Do you want to live to your full potential and strive to be your happiest and best version of yourself?
Stop telling yourself you can’t when you CAN! 👏🏼
▫️Note to self: One of the most valuable things you can give someone is your TIME.
So why not make time for YOU? ⌛️
