🧁NO BAKE DRY FRUIT ENERGY BALL🧁
For in between hunger pangs and satisfying the craving, there must be a guilt-free, energy packed nutrition which can be eaten, on the go anywhere. Today, I have come up with one such trendy and healthy dish which will be loved by all ages and even beneficial for lactating mothers. I haven't included pregnant mothers group because some nuts and dry fruits might cause allergies to the mother and might not be good for them so better consult the gynaecologist before indulging into these. For all your sweet cravings, dry fruits energy balls are so easy to make and have, without worrying about weight gain. These are very versatile in nature as you can play with any kind of dry fruits you have in your kitchen.

🧁Prep Time: 10-15 minutes 🧁Serving: 7-8 balls 🧁Total cal: 200-250 calories approx.
Ingredients: 🧁Dried Apricots- 6-7
🧁Handful of walnuts- 8-10 kernels
🧁Dessicated coconut- 2-3 tablespoons
🧁Rolled oats- 1-2 tablespoons
🧁Flax seeds- 1 tsp
🧁Ghee- ½ tsp
🧁Peanut butter/ coconut oil/ maple syrup- ½ tsp
🧁Cinnamon - ¼ tsp
🧁Jaggery powder or low cal sugar- 2 tsp
🧁In a blending jar/ chopper, add all the ingredients and fine chop until well combined. Check if it can form a ball in the palm. If needed, add some peanut butter/honey/ coconut oil or maple syrup or else simply add melted butter or ghee if you don't want to add any of these, to help in binding it as a ball. I had peanut butter so I have added that.
🧁Once chopped well, take out the mix in a bowl or plate.
🧁Grease your hands with ghee and make balls out of it.
🧁Sprinkle some dessicated coconut and flax seeds for decor. 🧁Energy balls are ready to dig in.
🧁If you are using raisins and dates, then no need to add any form of sugar as these are naturally sweet.
