It’s ok to not be ok. I don’t think I’ve been able to process all of the emotions because it’s unclear when this will end. We all process differently. We all need to lean on each other with emotional support over the phone, offering help to those in need, and exchanging smiles. It’s ok to be scared, sad, or have anxiety but know that the things you seek are the things you will find. Give attention to the things that you are grateful for, the things that make you happy. We are all in this together, and this too shall pass.
