We’re all shuckin’ and jivin’ right now, trying to find some way to maintain normalcy in our lives (and stay healthy in the process too, of course).

We all have our outlets and simple pleasures to help keep our mental homeostasis in routine times. Is it fitness? Is it meditation? Is it lounging on the couch with mind-numbing TV? Arts and crafts? Reading a good book? Who knows, maybe these times will even reveal a new hobby you never even knew you had.
Either way, make sure to go the distance in your efforts to keep the sanity. Sit, sweat, sing or simplify, just make sure you keep that smile. We’re going to get through this stronger than we think. Anyone want to share how they’re coping in their sterile bubbles? A lot of video fitness over here!
