Have you ever witnessed a completely clear night sky?
One without any light pollution?
What did you see? Think back to that moment if you are lucky enough to have had this kind of experience.
The Milky Way Galaxy. 100,000 light years in diameter. A number of feelings come to mind, but I always come back to how unbelievably small it makes me feel, and how empowering that is.
For those who find that sense of scale intimidating, I urge you to try seeing the scale of our world in a similar light. There is a tiny world happening beneath our feet, and an enormous one happening above us.
These worlds are always there. Always happening. Just as ours is every day.
So the next time you find yourself under a clear night sky, as yourself:
What does this feeling I’m having mean? What are the stars telling me?
