When I first started working out, I could barely get through a 20 minute workout without feeling exhausted. I was disappointed but even more so I was determined.
Tonight I celebrated beating covid with an hour long workout!
Was it easy? Nope! My body felt the impact of not being able to workout in almost two weeks. I was, however, able to see how much my strength and endurance have improved this year.
This is a reminder that fitness wins are so much more than your outward appearance and physique. Celebrate all of the little things that are happening because of your consistency.
Celebrate your decreased brain fog, your higher energy levels, your ability to sleep better at night.
Celebrate that you can now workout for an entire hour versus when you first started out. That’s what I’m celebrating.💪🏼
