Have you ever felt like you were drownding standing in a crowded room?
I remember way back into my teens writing poems about just that.
It wasn't until way later in life after many moons of lessons, one in particular always stuck.
When I was in #IOP #PHP one of the techniques I learned was also taught to the Navey Seals in order to scientifically control their heart rate.
-You could even test this theory if you want.
•Check your standing heart rate then write it down.
•Now for a full min, run in place as hard as you can, pull up the knees, run around your yard what ever you have to use, use it. After 1 min is up...
•Now stop and check your heart rate; Write that down.
•Now in through the nose 4 slow counts
•Hold IN for 4
•Out through the mouth slow 4 counts
•Hold OUT for 4
•Repeat for 1 full minute
-Now check your heart rate: write it down
-Check that out!
