Cooked low and slow in the oven with garlic and rosemary, then finished off on a cast iron for that glorious crust. No seasonings, just simple flaky salt to finish it off 🤤
I used my newest @kamikoto Kuro Series Knife Set and I’m so impressed with their brand! I will definitely be expanding my collection and comparing all other knives to their sets 🔪
So the steak - has anyone seen this method before? I’m in no way an expert - I‘ve done the butter basting at home and enjoyed meat sous vide in restaurants. It went a little over in the oven and got to medium (I prefer med-rare). This cooked it very evenly, great crust, rich in flavor, and unbelievably TENDER. Overall, it’s a great method to try, simple to execute, but you DEFINITELY need a lot of olive oil. Thoughts?
