The Nth-Verse Incredible Hulk - circa 2020.
Bruce Banner's tragic gamma ray accident created a monster, or at least a perceived monster: Bruce Banner became a towering, abominable, incredible hulk whenever his emotions were out of control. Unfortunately, that happened far too often. And with humans hunting him at every turn, Bruce, or the Hulk, couldn't find any solitude.
One day, however, after a particularly horrible transformation, the Hulk had enough. He escaped into the desert where nobody could find him...and so he was, for years. With no human contact, Banner slipped further and further into the Hulk's psyche and hasn't returned since Hulk's escape. And the gamma rays flooding his body? They are slowly beginning to poison Hulk unless he is able to find someone to help. Deep down, the Hulk wants to return to the puny humans and hopefully become one with them. With his luck, though, is that even possible?
This is the very first bigfig I have ever drawn! I guess it's fitting that it would be the first (modern) bigfig, anyway, that being Hulk! I struggled quite a bit with trying to make him unique, but once I had the bedraggled hair and the idea for gamma poisoning, I all worked it's way from there! And yes, I know that Hulk technically shouldn't be able to be gamma poisoned, but my reasoning is that Banner have had no chances to do any testing for his Hulk version at all and thus is completely new to how Hulk functions. And with no Banner to help stabilize him, he won't be able to smash as much as he wants to. See? Symbiotic relationship there.
