2 glasses of Rice
3 large onions
3 green chilli
ginger & garlic paste
2tbsp chilli powder
1tbsp masala powder
Take a pan heat 3tbsp oil and ghee add biriyani spices and add shajeera.
Add chopped onions and green chilli fry them till it turns into golden brown colour.
Add 2tbs of ginger garlic paste.
Take a bowl and add turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, jeera powder, coriander powder, curd & prawns and marinate them for 30mins.
Soak the Rice for 20mins.
Then add the marinated prawns and cook for 5mins.
Then add the soaked Rice and mix it well leave it for 2mins.
Then add 4 glasses of water for 2glasses of Rice.
Then add the following:
Close the lid and cook for 5mins in high flame.
After 5mins remove the lid and check it once and keep it in a low flame.
Close the lid cook for 20mins in a low flame.
After 15mins once mix it well and after 5mins off the stove.
Add coriander leaves or mint leaves(optional)
