Living a happy life isn’t about finding a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. It’s about listening to the rain, watching the sun peek through the clouds, smelling the grass, feeling the wind on your face and witnessing the beauty of that rainbow when you finally look up. 🌧🌦☀️🌈✨
It’s not about being an optimistic person 100% of the time (because I sure as shit ain’t 🤷🏻♀️), it’s about finding one thought that feels a *little* better than where you’re at and letting it snowball into the next.
