When your choosing your mate you might be frustrated just as much as choosing a diet!
All good relationships results in a commitment, all good diets are grown from a commitment. Unlike a mate you can still change them! The secret is to brainwash them slowly lol and same for your diet!

I think the way we start is with the non-negotiables centralized on longevity not necessarily on effectiveness
for example my perfect must allow me going out with friends, drinking, and having a burger & cookies once a week, you have to make sure your adding these things in.
because if you try to go w/o the things that make life life, your going to find that the diet doesn’t work for you, you cant keep up with that forever.
