Thank You @tune2tunde for speaking up and sharing this video of #Tupac @2pac_side
As a white priviledged woman I have my personal responsibility and guilt. It is not sufficient to share a black square and be choked. I have my own personal responsibility to speak up and act as an exemple for a change.I have witnessed but not really seen. I have heard but not really listened. I have been aware but haven’t act. Thinking that it is not in my hands but always on some others, government, big companies or worse, the ‘system’... But I belong to the system. My own actions or mererly inactions not speaking up when I witness injustice, inappropriate talk or behavior. My own unconscious judgments, behavior or bad exemple.I have the power to change the system by starting first to acknowledge my part in paying an active role in it as a mother, as a parent, as a daughter, as a sister, as an aunt, as a cousin, as a neighbor, as a friend, as an accointance, as a client, as a tax payer, as a colleague, as a citizen, as a creative, as an influencer as an educator, as a human being...

Here are some powerful words from Aditi Shah @diti22 “Looking inside and seeing privileged as an unconscious vice does not make me bad.
We want to protect ourselves from the pain of others, because it is painful. It’s uncomfortable. It floods our senses. So when we are faced with it, it feels overwhelming. But, if we want to wake up, we have to lean into reality even it‘s not comfortable. We have to listen to experiences other than our own. Each of us individually has a collective part to play in this revolution and begins with a PAUSE...”
