EASY RED VELVET MUG CAKE 😍 If you hadn’t noticed, I’ve gone slightly red velvet crazy recently πŸ€ͺ but this is by far the quickest red velvet recipe for when you want a little dessert ❀️ It’s filled with white chocolate chips and topped with cream cheese icing (optional but definitely recommended πŸ™Œ) Sound on for full instructions πŸ”‰ All you need is:πŸ‘‡ 3 tbsp milk 1/2 tsp lemon juice or white vinegar 4 tbsp plain flour 2 tbsp granulated sugar 3/4 tsp cocoa powder 1/4 tsp baking powder 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil Red food colouring 30g white choc chips Cream cheese icing (40g cream cheese + 15g icing sugar, mixed) Icing sugar for dusting My microwave is 700W and 1 min 10s was just about right on full power ☺️ Happy Tuesday everybody πŸ₯° #fitwaffle #fitwafflekitchen

MARS BAR CUPCAKES 😍 I haven’t made cupcakes in a while, so I thought I’d do a little throwback to these πŸ˜‹ Super soft vanilla sponge, filled with caramel and topped with a vanilla & chocolate buttercream swirl icing 😘 Sound on for full instructions πŸ”‰ Here’s the ingredients: πŸ‘‡ For the cupcakes - 80g Softened Butter 240g Plain Flour 280g Caster Sugar 1 tbsp Baking Powder 1/4 tsp Salt 240ml Whole Milk 2 Large Eggs 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence Carnation Caramel 1/4 tin For the icing: 500g Icing Sugar 160g Softened Butter 50ml Whole Milk 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence πŸ₯£ Cream together butter & sugar, then add milk and vanilla and whisk until thick and fluffy.
